Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://leonsremodeling.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Service Description. This Site describes General Contractor, Residential Remodeling, Interior Painting, Deck Builder, Bathroom Remodeling, Kitchen Remodeling, Flooring Installation, Plumbing Repair provided by Leon's Remodeling. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Ownership. Leon's Remodeling (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Warranty Disclaimer. Leon's Remodeling makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Leon's Remodeling arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Leon's Remodeling from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Law and Venue. NJ law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NJ.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
